双燃料主机智能废气再循环(ICER)技术

摘要:以WinGD X-DF2.0机型为研究对象,介绍整套智能废气再循环(intelligent control by exhaust recycling,ICER)系统设计,包括ICER系统气路设计、水路设计以及溢流水处理系统设计。基于台架试验,研究X-DF2.0机型相关性能参数,包括压缩比、燃油油门占比和废气再循环比例等。研究结果表明X-DF2.0机型在能耗和排放方面相比原始DF1.0机型更具优势。

Intelligent Exhaust by Exhaust Recycling (ICER) Technology for Dual Fuel Main Engine

Abstract:Taking WinGD X-DF2.0 engine as the research object,the whole ICER system is briefly introduced,including the design of gas path,water path and overflow water treatment system.Based on bench test,the related performance parameters of X-DF2.0 model,including the compression ratio,the proportion of fuel throttle and the proportion of exhaust gas recirculation were studied.The research results show that X-DF2.0 engine has more advantages in energy consumption and emission than the original DF1.0 engine.
