摘要:以某柴油机为例,采用流固耦合方法分析并优化冷却系统单向阀结构强度。采用CFD仿真方法分析工作状态下单向阀阀板的开度和受力情况,为单向阀结构强度评估提供边界条件。根据结构疲劳强度仿真结果形成优化方案,经仿真结果验证,该优化方案可提高单向阀结构的疲劳安全因数。 |

Abstract:Taking a diesel engine as an example,the structural strength of cooling water check valve was analyzed and optimized by fluid-structure coupling method.The opening angle and force of cooling water check valve plate were analyzed by CFD simulation method,which provided boundary condition for structural strength evaluation.The structural optimization scheme was proposed according to the structural fatigue strength results.The simulation results show that the fatigue safety factor of the check valve has been enhanced by this optimization scheme. |
