摘要:某新型低速机固定件在进行轻量化设计后,为避免设计刚度不足的问题,采用有限元方法计算其在安装工况下导轨间隙和主轴承间隙变化,计算结果表明机架变形过大,不满足运动副间隙要求。为此在仿真模型的基础上对机架隔板关键部件进行设计改进。改进后的仿真结果表明机架刚度增加,变形结果满足设计要求。 |

Improved Design of a Low Speed Machine Frame Block |

Abstract:After the lightweight design of a new type of low speed engine,in order to avoid the insufficient of stiffness,the finite element method was used to simulate the change of the guide rail clearance and the main bearing clearance under the assembly condition.The calculation results showed that the deformation of the frame was too large to meet the clearance requirements of the kinematic pair.Therefore,on the basis of the simulation model,the design of key components of the machine frame block was improved.The simulation results after improvement show that the stiffness of the modified frame increases,and the deformation results meet the design requirements. |
