高压液氨喷雾燃烧的数值模拟和试验验证 |

摘要:以液氨喷雾混合气形成和燃烧过程为对象进行数值模拟和试验验证。根据试验获得的气液相贯穿距数据对三维模型进行参数标定。结果表明:建立的喷雾模型可以在高温高压环境条件下准确预测液氨喷雾的贯穿发展过程;在喷雾混合气形成过程中液氨气化吸热导致喷雾中心区域降温效果明显,降温高达100 K;氨较高的汽化潜热使之较难蒸发,喷雾边缘处氨的质量分数多在0.1上下。利用特征时间燃烧模型对液氨喷雾燃烧过程进行初步计算,可以较好地模拟整个燃烧过程。 |

Abstract:Numerical simulation and experimental verification of the mixture formation and combustion process of liquid ammonia spray were carried out.According to the gas and liquid penetration data obtained in the experiment,the parameters of the three-dimensional model were calibrated.The results show that:The spray model can accurately predict the penetration and development process of liquid ammonia spray under high temperature and high pressure conditions;During the formation of the spray mixture,the vaporization of liquid ammonia absorbs heat,resulting in a significant cooling effect in the center of the spray as high as 100 K;Due to the poor evaporation caused by the high latent heat of vaporization of ammonia,the mass fraction of ammonia at the spray edge is mostly around 0.1.The combustion process of ammonia spray is preliminarily calculated by the characteristic time combustion model,which can simulate the whole combustion process well. |
