摘要:针对构建电控喷油器计量特性数字孪生体的需求,设计电控喷油器蓄压腔压力信号处理算法,包括模数转换、去除毛刺滤波、降噪滤波、数值单位转换和特征值提取等,用于提取蓄压腔压力特征值(tmpm)。重点研究降噪滤波算法窗口长度N、迭代次数m等关键参数对特征值提取精度、稳定性及计算时间的影响,确定最佳滤波参数并在全工况范围内开展试验验证,结果表明使用最佳滤波参数的信号处理算法降噪滤波所需时间为3.99 ms,特征提取tm的最大误差为139.9 μs,特征提取pm的最大相对误差为0.39%。

Digital Twin Oriented Pressure Signal Processing Algorithm for Accumulator of Electronically Controlled Injector

Abstract:In order to build the digital twin of the metering characteristics of a electronic injector,a signal processing algorithm for the accumulator pressure signals of the electronic injector was designed,which included analog-digital conversion,burr removal filter,noise reduction filter,numerical unit conversion and characteristic value extraction,to extract the characteristic value(tmpm)of the accumulator pressure.The influence of key parameters such as window length N and iteration number m of the noise reduction filtering algorithm on accuracy,stability and calculation time of characteristic value extraction was mainly studied.The optimal filtering parameters were determined and verified by experiments in the whole working condition.The results show that the time required for noise reduction and filtering based on signal processing algorithm using optimal filtering parameters is 3.99 ms,and the maximum error of feature extraction of tm is 139.9 μs,the maximum relative error of feature extraction of pm is 0.39%.
