生物质定制燃料在柴油机中的应用研究进展

摘要:从燃料的理化特性、基础燃烧特性、反应动力学机理以及在柴油机中的应用情况等方面,对2-甲基四氢呋喃(2-methyltetrahydrofuran,2-MTHF)、正辛醇和正丁醚这3种生物质定制燃料的相关研究进行阐述。从单燃料和掺混燃料两个方面综述以上燃料在柴油机中的应用研究情况。基于目前相关文献的研究成果,认为2-MTHF通常作为掺混燃料用于柴油机,而正辛醇和正丁醚可单独用于柴油机,且均有助于减少碳烟排放。提出未来研究的重点是开发适用于生物质定制燃料的柴油机三维燃烧模型。

Research Progress on the Application of Tailor-Made Fuels from Biomass in Diesel Engines

Abstract:The research on three tailor-made fuels from biomass,namely 2-methyltetrahydrofuran(2-MTHF),n-octanol,and di-n-butyl ether is elaborated from the aspects of fuel physical and chemical properties,basic combustion characteristics,reaction kinetics mechanism,and application in diesel engines.The application research of the above fuels in diesel engines is summarized from two aspects,which are single fuel and blended fuel.Based on the research results of current available references,it is concluded that 2-MTHF is usually used as a blended fuel for diesel engines,while both n-octanol and di-n-butyl ether can be used in diesel engines without other fuels,and both can contribute to the reduction of soot emissions.The research focus in the future is to develop a three-dimensional combustion model for diesel engines using tailor-made fuels from biomass.
