摘要:某核电厂MTU956应急柴油发电机组在满功率试验中燃油精滤器大量漏油,并伴随燃气喷射。检查发现A5、A6、B9缸喷油器异常渗漏,导致柴油机紧急停机检修,造成大修关键路径延误。通过对喷油器建模进行密封性能校核以及对喷油器主要部件的材料学检测,结合对事发核电厂检修工艺的审视,诊断确认喷油器渗漏的根本原因为检修工艺转化不完善,对核电厂应急柴油机运维具有重要借鉴意义。 |

Failure Analysis of Emergency Diesel Injectors in Nuclear Power Plant |

Abstract:During the full power test of the MTU956 emergency diesel generator in a nuclear power plant,a large amount of fuel leakage occurred in the fuel fine filter,accompanied by flue gas injection. Inspection revealed fuel leakage from A5/A6/B9 injectors,which resulted in emergency protect shutdown of the engine and caused critical path delay of the overhaul.Based on the recalculation of injectors'' seal performance and the materials testing of injectors'' main parts,combined with the inspection of the maintenance procedure,it was diagnosed and confirmed that the main cause of the injector leakage was the incomplete transformation of maintenance process.It has important reference significance for emergency diesel engine operation and maintenance in nuclear power plant. |
