船舶LNG燃料制氢及利用技术方案

摘要:基于LNG重整制氢技术的工艺特点和典型船舶动力装置配置方式,分析计算在不同氢能应用方式和制氢比例条件下的碳减排特性。计算结果表明将LNG制氢技术进行实船化应用可以满足国际海事组织对于船舶中长期的碳减排要求,是一种有效的降低船舶CO2排放的技术措施。讨论该技术实船应用面临的问题和挑战,为LNG制氢技术的在船应用研究提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the process characteristics of hydrogen production from LNG reforming technology and typical ship power plant configuration,the carbon emission reduction characteristics under different hydrogen energy application methods and hydrogen production ratios are analyzed and calculated.The results indicate that the on-board application of the technology of hydrogen production from LNG reforming can meet the long-term carbon reduction requirements of the International Maritime Organization for ships,and is an effective technical measure to reduce ship CO2 emissions.The problems and challenges faced by the practical application of this technology on ships are discussed,providing reference for the research of on-board application of the technology of hydrogen production from LNG reforming.
