船用甲醇发动机润滑油技术难点

摘要:针对普通柴油机润滑油不能完全满足甲醇发动机润滑需求的现状,基于现有的可商用的船用甲醇发动机技术,对火花点燃式以及压燃式甲醇发动机对润滑油产生的影响进行分析,提出甲醇船用发动机润滑油需要具有碱值保持能力以及抗乳化能力。甲醇发动机润滑油技术难点在于限制硫磷质量分数的同时保持抗氧抗腐能力,保持高碱值的同时又能避免产生活塞沉积物。

Abstract:In response to the current situation that ordinary diesel engine lubricating oil can not fully meet the lubrication needs of methanol engines,based on commercially available marine methanol engine technology,the impact of spark ignition and compression ignition methanol engines on lubricating oil is analyzed,and it is proposed that methanol marine engine lubricating oil needs to have base number retention ability and anti-emulsification ability.The technical difficulty of methanol engine lubricating oil lies in limiting the mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus while maintaining the anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion ability,maintaining a big base number while avoiding piston deposits.
