摘要:针对某新型柴油机在研制过程中发生的机体主轴承孔同轴度超差问题,基于建立的故障树,通过机理分析、工艺排查、试验验证等手段,对机体主轴承孔加工工艺进行优化。制定提高主轴承孔同轴度的工艺改进方案及措施,使该机体主轴承孔加工质量得到有效提高。

High Precision Main Bearing Hole Machining Technology for a New Type of Diesel Engine Body

Abstract:In response to the problem of excessive coaxiality of the main bearing hole in the body of a new type of diesel engine during the development process,based on the established fault tree,the machining process of the main bearing hole in the engine body was optimized through mechanism analysis,process inspection and experimental verification.A process improvement plan and measures were developed to improve the coaxiality of the main bearing hole,which effectively improved the machining quality of the main bearing hole in the engine body.
