摘要:在介绍国外先进船用涡轮增压器产品及技术的基础上,详细探讨我国在船用中高速机增压器的设计、制造等方面取得的技术突破。指出国产船用中高速机涡轮增压器技术经历了引进、消化吸收和自主研发的发展过程,到目前已逐步建立起较为全面的自主研发体系。展望国产船用中高速机涡轮增压器未来的发展方向以及主要的技术难点。

Status and Development Trend of Independent Research and Development of New Turbocharger for Marine Medium and High Speed Engines

Abstract:Based on the introduction of foreign advanced marine turbocharger products and technologies,the technical breakthroughs in the design and manufacture of marine turbochargers used on medium and high speed engines in China are discussed in detail.It is pointed out that the domestic marine medium and high speed turbocharger technology has experienced the development process of introduction,digestion and absorption as well as independent research and development,and has gradually established a relatively comprehensive independent research and development system.The future development direction and main technical difficulties of domestic marine turbochargers used on medium and high speed engines are prospected.
