摘要:基于船用柴油机颗粒物捕集装置的工作原理,利用计算流体动力学软件建立其计算模型,在给定反应器参数时,设计并优化反应器结构、尺寸、导流器和导流板布置位置以及组合形式,以使柴油机氧化型催化剂(diesel oxidation catalyst,DOC)入口截面处的均匀度和反应器的压损满足设计要求,最终将优化结果进行实船验证。试验结果表明:加装优化后的颗粒物捕集装置可以很大程度减少黑烟的排放,减排效果比较明显。 |

Design and Optimization of Particulate Matter Capture Technology in Marine Diesel Engine Black Smoke Control |

Abstract:Based on the working principle of the marine diesel particulate matter capture device,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software was used to establish its calculation model.Based on the given reactor parameters,the reactor structure,size,arrangement position and combination form of the deflector or deflector plate were designed and optimized,so that the uniformity at the inlet section of diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC)and the pressure loss of the reactor could meet the design requirements.Finally,the optimization results were verified on a real ship.The test results show that the optimized particulate matter capture device can greatly reduce the black smoke emission, and the emission reduction effect is obvious. |
