摘要:建立考虑含油楔的推力轴承瓦间润滑Fluent仿真分析模型以及推力瓦数值分析方法,分析油楔宽度和高度对推力轴承承载性能的影响规律。研究表明:合理的油楔设计有利于提高推力轴承承载性能,当油楔宽度一定时,在一定范围内油楔高度对推力瓦表面压力峰值和表面温度峰值有改善作用,但并非完全正相关;当油楔高度一定时,油楔宽度与表面工作温度峰值呈现一定程度正相关,但表面压力峰值并未得到改善。基于某一型号推力轴承开展性能试验,试验结果验证了数值分析方法的准确性。 |

Numerical Analysis of Performance of Thrust Bearings Considering Influence of Oil Grooves |

Abstract:The Fluent simulation analysis model of thrust bearing interval lubrication containing oil groove and numerical analysis method of thrust bearing were established,and the influence law of oil groove width and height on the load carrying performance of thrust bearing was analyzed.The study shows that:A reasonable oil groove design is beneficial to improve the load carrying performance of thrust bearing;When the width of the oil groove is certain,the height of the oil groove has a certain improvement effect on the peak surface pressure and peak surface temperature of the thrust bearing within a certain range,but it is not completely positively correlated;When the oil groove height is certain,the oil groove width is positive correlated with the peak value of surface working temperature to some extent,but the peak surface pressure is not improved.Based on a certain type of thrust bearing,the performance test was carried out and the accuracy of the numerical analysis method was verified. |
