摘要:针对某型中速柴油机连杆上瓦出现裂纹和不正常磨损等问题展开研究。经分析和仿真计算,连杆体主承载区的油槽和油孔布置不合理是造成该故障的根本原因,连杆瓦厚度偏薄是导致连杆上瓦破裂的重要原因。对油孔、油槽的结构进行改进,采用横向油孔。通过柴油机耐久试验证明改进措施有效解决了该型柴油机连杆上瓦破裂的问题。 |

Cause Analysis of Connecting Rod Upper Bearing Fracture of a Medium Speed Diesel Engine and Improvement Measures |

Abstract:Study was carried out on the crack and abnormal wear of the connecting rod upper bearing of a medium speed diesel engine.Through analysis and simulation calculation,it was found that the unreasonable arrangement of oil grooves and oil holes in the main force bearing area of the connecting rod was the main cause of the fault,and the thin thickness of the connecting rod bearing was an important reason for the fracture of connecting rod upper bearing.The structure of oil groove and oil hole was improved,and horizontal oil hole was adopted.The durability test of diesel engine proves that the improvement measures effectively solve the problem of fracture of connecting rod upper bearing of this type of diesel engine. |
