船用低压SCR反应装置仿真及优化

摘要:为解决传统船用低压选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)反应装置试验方法存在的工作量大、周期长、试错成本高等问题,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)仿真和试验验证相结合的方式。在样机试验前得到最佳设计方案,在满足脱硝效率要求的同时,使系统总压降最优,可极大提高设计的效率和准确度,减少试验次数,缩短研发周期。该方法对SCR反应装置产品的设计具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large workload,long cycle,and high trial and error cost in traditional testing method of low pressure selective catalytic reduction(SCR)reaction equipment for ships,a method combing CFD simulation and experimental verification was adopted.Obtaining the optimal design plan before prototype testing,which means meeting the requirements for denitrification efficiency while optimizing the total pressure drop of the system,can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design,reduce the number of tests,and shorten the research and development cycle.This method plays an important guiding role in the design of SCR reaction equipment products.
