摘要:根据市场需求,以TBD620V12柴油机为样机,开展了以1 200 r/min作为标定转速的优化设计研究。基于AVL-BOOST软件对该柴油机开展工作过程性能仿真计算;同时,对柴油机进排气系统、润滑系统、冷却系统做计算评估,选配适用的零部件。试验验证表明:优化设计后样机的排气温度、燃油消耗率、机油压力等各项参数指标均满足设计要求。 |

Abstract:According to the market demand, taking TBD620V12 diesel engine as the prototype, the optimal design with 1 200 r/min as the rated speed was carried out. Based on AVL-BOOST, simulation was carried out on the diesel engine to study its working process. At the same time, the intake and exhaust system, lubrication system and cooling system of the diesel engine were calculated and evaluated, and applicable parts were selected. Test results show that the exhaust temperature, fuel consumption rate, oil pressure and other parameters of the prototype meet the design requirements. |
