摘要:针对某涡轮增压器涡轮叶片断裂问题,基于ANSYS有限元软件对该涡轮进行强度分析和振动特性分析。结果表明:该涡轮一阶自振频率较低,一阶倍频比不满足设计要求,共振导致涡轮叶片断裂。在此基础上对涡轮整体结构进行了优化,优化后涡轮叶片一阶自振频率得到提升,叶片断裂问题得到解决。 |

Abstract:Aiming at the fractured turbine blade of a turbocharger, the strength analysis and vibration characteristic analysis of the turbine was carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the turbine is low, the first-order multiple frequency ratio does not meet the design requirements, and resonance leads to turbine blade fracture. On this basis, the overall structure of the turbine was optimized. After optimization, the first-order natural frequency of the turbine blade was improved, and the blade fracture problem was solved. |
