摘要:使用热处理模拟软件DANTE对凸轮轴淬火时的应力和变形过程进行数值模拟,研究凸轮轴在淬火时应力的变化情况及变形大小。结果表明:在淬火过程中凸轮轴应力逐渐增大,最大应力约为450 MPa,经回火处理后,应力数值适当减小;在淬火过程中凸轮轴变形量先减小后略微升高,再减小,最终变形量约为0.25 mm,经回火处理后变形量减小至0.19 mm。模拟结果与试验结果相吻合,表明模拟方案合理有效。 |

Abstract:The heat treatment simulation software DANTE was used to simulate the stress and deformation process of camshaft during quenching,and the change of stress and deformation of camshaft during quenching were studied.The results show that:the stress of camshaft increases gradually during quenching,and the maximum stress is about 450 MPa,and after tempering the stress value decreases appropriately;In the quenching process,the deformation of the camshaft decreases first,then slightly rises,and then decreases,and the final deformation is about 0.25 mm,the deformation is reduced to 0.19 mm after tempering.The simulation results are consistent with the test results,which show that the simulation scheme is reasonable and effective. |
