摘要:通过发动机台架对相同结构尺寸的球墨铸铁曲轴和钢曲轴进行振动和轴系扭振测试,分析球墨铸铁曲轴与钢曲轴对整机振动和轴系扭振的影响,测试结果表明球墨铸铁曲轴重量减轻9.35%对振动性能不会产生影响,为设计人员选用球墨铸铁曲轴提供参考依据。

Vibration Verification of a Six Cylinder Engine Using Nodular Cast Iron Instead of Steel Crankshaft

Abstract:The vibration and shafting torsional vibration of nodular cast iron crankshaft and steel crankshaft with the same structural size were tested on the engine bench,and the impact of nodular cast iron crankshaft and steel crankshaft on the overall vibration and shafting torsional vibration was analyzed.The test results showed that the vibration performance would not be affected if the weight of nodular cast iron crankshaft was reduced by 9.35%,which provided a reference for designers to select nodular cast iron crankshaft.
