船用柴油机选择性催化还原系统设计及试验验证

摘要:结合船用中速柴油机开展选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)系统的设计和性能试验验证,着重关注还原剂均匀分布、排气均匀度、系统稳定可靠控制及催化剂布置等方面,形成适用于船用环境的SCR系统设计方案。基于6L21/31中速柴油机D2以及E3循环工况开展SCR系统配机试验,结果表明:SCR系统各项指标均达到设计要求;NOx减排量和NH3逃逸量均满足Tier Ⅲ法规要求;加装SCR系统对柴油机经济性影响较小,可满足柴油机正常运行需求。

Design and Test of SCR System for Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:The design and performance matching test of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system were carried out on the basis of a medium-speed marine diesel engine,focusing on the uniform distribution of reducing agent,uniformity of exhaust gas,stable and reliable control of the system and catalyst layout,and the design of SCR system suitable for marine environment was formed.The matching test of SCR system was carried out on 6L21/31 medium speed diesel engine in D2 and E3 cycle.The test results show that:All the parameters of the SCR system can meet the design requirements;NOx emission reduction and NH3 slip can meet the Tier Ⅲ emission limitation;The installation of the SCR system has little impact on the economic performance of the diesel engine,and can meet the normal operation requirements of the diesel engine.
