摘要:对某型柴油机齿轮箱端盖进行结构强度分析时发现,轴承端盖的圆角处存在较大的应力集中现象。为了改善该圆角的应力分布,采用多种方案对该处进行改进设计。结果表明:增大圆角半径能有效降低应力集中。并研究了不同圆角半径对应力集中的影响规律,可为端盖的优化设计提供参考。 |

Optimum Analysis of Bearing Cap Fillet of Gear Box for a Low Speed Engine |

Abstract:In the structural strength analysis of the bearing cap of a diesel engine gearbox,it is found that there is a large stress concentration at the fillet of the bearing cap. In order to improve the stress distribution of the fillet, a variety of schemes are adopted to improve the design of the fillet. After the analysis, it is found that increasing the radius of the fillet can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the fillet. The influence of different fillet radius on the stress concentration was studied, which provides refe-rence for the optimal design of the bearing cap. |
