| 摘要:针对某型大功率柴油机缸套异常磨损故障，结合该型柴油机工作及结构特点，对可能引起缸套异常磨损的因素，如零部件制造质量、装配质量、试验条件、清洁度等进行逐一排查，并进行综合分析。结果表明:该型机缸套异常磨损系上述因素综合作用导致。在此基础上提出了针对性改进措施,并取得了较好效果。 |

| Abstract:Aiming at abnormal wear of the cylinder liners of a type of large power diesel engines,combined with the working and structural characteristics of this type of diesel engines，the factors that may cause abnormal wear of cylinder liners, such as quality problems of parts manufacturing，the assembly quality, test conditions, cleanliness were investigated one by one. Comprehensive analysis was carried out and it showed that abnormal wear of the cylinder liners was caused by combined function of the above mentioned factors. The improvement measures were put forward based on the research, and achieved good results. |
