柴电混合拖轮动力系统试验台设计及试验研究

摘要:为研究柴电混合动力系统在港作拖轮上的适用情况,以某型拖轮作为研究对象,建立柴电混合动力系统试验台,对柴电混合动力系统进行研究。试验研究表明:柴电混合系统各模式下,设备运行参数正常,系统稳定运行;在自航模式下, 700(r·min-1)以下时电机推进模式较柴油机推进模式省油;和相似船型的比较分析显示:使用柴电混合动力系统,全年的节油率可达13.24%。

The Design and Experimental Research of the Test Bench for Tugboat Diesel-Electric Hybrid Power System

Abstract:In order to study the application of the diesel-electric hybrid power system in port tugs, a diesel-electric hybrid power system test bench was set up with a certain type of tugboat as the research object. The experimental results show that the equipment operation parameters are normal and the system runs stable under varied operation modes. Under the self-navigation mode, the PTH mode is more fuel efficient than the diesel mode when below 700 (r·min-1). Comparison with the similar ship, through using the diesel-electric hybrid power system, the fuel saving rate can reach 13.24% in one year.
