基于高精度模型的热气机振动响应计算分析研究

摘要:主要介绍了基于高精度模型的某型热气机振动响应计算分析研究。对比分析了热气机曲轴箱不同网格尺寸、不同连接方式对模态频率计算的影响,通过模态试验确定了其网格尺寸和连接方式。建立了该型热气机的有限元模型,将多体动力学计算的激励力施加至有限元模型,计算得到关键节点的振动加速度值,并基于时域和频域对比了关键节点振动响应的计算值与实测值,验证了计算结果的准确性,为进一步优化热气机的结构提供了依据。

Vibration Response Calculation and Analysis of a Stirling Engine Based on High-Precision Model

Abstract:The vibration response calculation analysis of a Stirling engine based on high-precision model is introduced. The influence of different meshing sizes and connection methods on the calculation of modal frequencies is analyzed.The ideal meshing size and the connection methods were confirmed based on the modal test. A Finite Element (FE) model of the Stirling engine was built. The motivating force calculated with multi-body dynamics was applied to the FE model of the Stirling engine and the vibration acceleration values on the key points were calculated. By comparing the calculated values with the measured values based on time domain and frequency domain, the veracity of the calculation model was validated, which provided reference for the structural optimization of Stirling engines.
