高弹性联轴器弹性元件偏心下的扭转刚度放大系数研究

摘要:扭转刚度是高弹性联轴器弹性元件的重要性能参数。针对橡胶弹性元件向圆心方向偏移的情况,分别基于橡胶等强度理论和有限元仿真分析方法得到了弹性元件偏心后的扭转刚度放大系数。两种计算结果与试验结果均很接近,表明:上述两种方法用于弹性元件偏心后的扭转刚度放大系数的研究是可行的。

Study on the Torsional Stiffness Amplification Coefficient at Eccentric Positionsfor Highly Flexible Coupling’s Rubber Element

Abstract:Torsional stiffness is one of the key parameters for highly flexible coupling's rubber element. According to the displacement of rubber element towards the center of the circle, the torsional stiffness amplification coefficient at eccentric positions was estimated based on two methods, namely rubber strength theory and finite element simulation analysis. Both estimated values were comparable with the experimental results, suggesting the usefulness of these methods for such estimation.
