橡胶扭振减振器刚度模型研究

摘要:基于极坐标形式的弹性力学基本方程,推导了橡胶扭振减振器的扭转刚度计算公式,可方便地应用于减振器设计和试验的验证。同时给出了扭转刚度的有限元分析方案和步骤,并通过有限元分析对计算公式进行了验证,分析结果证明了所推导的刚度计算公式的精确性。

Modeling for Torsional Stiffness of Rubber Dampers

Abstract:Based on the basic equation of elastic mechanics under polar coordinate system, formulas of torsional stiffness for rubber dampers are derived, which would be beneficial to the design of rubber dampers and test verification. The FEA scheme of torsional stiffness, as well as the procedures are put forward, and the formulas are verified through FEA to be accurate.
