摘要:提出了船舶柴油机健康状态的综合定量评估指标—健康度,用层次分析法(AHP)建立了柴油机健康评估的模型,确定影响柴油机健康状态的各评估内容及其权重系数。对于可量化的监测数据通过试验数据的拟合和无量纲化处理来获得评估健康值,对于非量化的程度描述则根据专家系统直接评估健康值,加权分析计算后可得柴油机各分系统的健康度,再以加权的方法最终确定柴油机整体健康等级。实现柴油机运行状态的实时监测评估,为柴油机的维护提供依据。 |

Evaluation of the Health State of Marine Diesel Engine Based on AHP Method |

Abstract:The concept of health degree was defined, which was used as a quantitative index to evaluate the health condition of ship diesel engine. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was used to establish the performance assessment model, and to analyze and determine each factor and weight coefficient affecting diesel engines’ performance conditions. For monitoring data that can be quantified, the health state could be obtained by experimental data fitting and dimensionless processing; while for non-quantitative degree description, the health value can be directly evaluated according to the expert system, and using weighted analysis and calculation to determine the health value of the subsystems of the diesel, then the level of the whole diesel’s health condition is finally confirmed by the weighted method. With all methods mentioned above, the real-time assessment of the state of diesel engine was realized, which could provide a scientific basis for maintenance and management of diesel engines. |
