摘要:针对某斯特林发动机气体引射器失效的问题,对其失效件进行结构和工艺分析,结合ANSYS软件对综合变形和综合应力进行分析计算,确定失效原因系引射器分配管与引射器本体被焊接成一体,分配管因热变形产生的应力集中在两者的结合部位,造成局部应力过大,长时间工作后其局部发生腐蚀断裂。据此进行了设计改进和加工工艺改进,改进型的气体引射器的配机耐久试验表明,改进措施有效。 |

Failure Analysis of a Stirling Engine Ejector |

Abstract:To solve the failure of a Stirling engine ejector, the analysis on structure and process of its failure parts were conducted. Through the simulation analysis of deformation and stress with ANSYS, the failure was found to be caused by the factor that the ejector distribution pipes and the ejector itself were welded together, and therefore, the stress of the ejector caused by thermal deformation concentrated at the connecting area, and resulted in over high stress in this area, and after long time of operation, it corroded and was broken at last. After structure and technology improvement, the new gas ejector had an endurance test in a practical Stirling engine, and the results show that the improvement put an end to such kind of failure effectively. |
