摘要:针对某12.9级镀锌高强度内六角圆柱螺钉在柴油机运行过程中断裂问题,对该螺钉进行了材料化学分析、力学性能分析、楔负载试验、断口失效分析等。分析表明:螺钉断裂系氢脆导致。采取了去氢处理和加强热处理参数控制的措施后,该问题得到较好控制。指出:企业应重视零件表面处理,加强特殊过程的控制和管理。 |

Abstract:To solve the problem of fracture on a 12.9 galvanized high strength hexagon socket head cap screws, analysis was carried out, including material chemical analysis, mechanical performance analysis, wedge load test, and fracture failure analysis, etc. The analysis show that the screw fracture was caused by hydrogen embrittlement. Measures such as de-hydrogen process and enhancing the control of heat treatment parameters were employed, and good effect was obtained. It is pointed out that the enterprise should lay great emphasis on surface treatment, and improve the control and management of special process. |
