| Abstract:The concepts and categories of large diesel engines are introduced. The design characteristics and the effect of varied kinds of injectors used on dual fuel injection systems are especially introduced, which are based on common rail technology. It is concluded that common rail technology is the base for future product developments and will help to cover the expected diversity in the gas engine market. |
