摘要:在对双电位器电子油门信号的故障诊断和油门输出控制两方面进行详细分析和研究的基础上,基于GD-1电控柴油机控制系统,设计了相应的控制逻辑算法。基于V型平台,首先利用MATLAB/Simulink软件平台编写了控制策略框图,并进行了离线仿真;然后通过Targetlink自动代码生成工具将Simulink模型生成C代码,并集成到已有的GD-1柴油机电控单元ECU中;最后在硬件在环(HIL)试验台上进行了验证,成功地在GD1-电控柴油机控制系统中实现了双电位器电子油门的控制功能。 |

Study of Control Strategy of Double Potentiometer Pedal for Electronic Controlled Diesel Engine |

Abstract:Based on the control system of the GD-1 electronic controlled diesel engine, the relevant control strategy was designed by analyzing and researching the fault diagnosis and final output of double potentiometer pedal. Based on V-platform, the control strategic models was compiled by using the MATLAB/Simulink software and the off-line simulation was carried out. By the support of Targetlink, these models were automatically generated into C codes, then debugged and downloaded into the GD-1 ECU. At last the strategy was validated on Hardware-In-Loop system and successfully realized the controlling function for the double potentiometer pedal on the GD-1 electronic controlled diesel engine. |
