全流稀释定容采样系统设计研究

摘要:研究并设计了一款柴油机颗粒排放全流稀释定容采样系统,采用临界文丘里管做为的恒流装置,变频控制的罗茨风机做为动力源;并采用脉宽控制方式控制进入风机的排气恒温,控制精度得到大幅提高。提出了发动机全流稀释定容采样系统的一些关键设计参数,并得到了试验验证。采用PVTt法对临界文丘里管进行标定,试验数据表明:其精度达到要求。

Abstract:A full-flow dilution constant volume sampling system for diesel engine was developed, which adopted critical flow venturi-nozzles as the constant volume device, and Roots blower as power supply. Its controlling accuracy is largely improved by using pulse width controlling method to realize the constant temperature of the exhaust air blown into the blower. The key design parameters of this system is given and verified by tests. Using PVTt method to calibrate critical flow venturi-nozzles, and the experimental data show that the accuracy can meet the requirements.
