增压式高压共轨系统用新型电控增压泵柱塞偶件间隙设计

摘要:阐述了增压式高压共轨系统的工作原理,建立了系统仿真模型。模拟实现了可变喷油率,运用流体力学理论分析了偶件间隙对新型电控增压泵泄漏量、柱塞所受剪应力以及增压压力的影响。研究得出了偶件间隙的合理取值范围为1~4μm。根据变形补偿技术,设计了增压柱塞偶件,对间隙外形的变形作了有效的补偿。

Design on Plunger Coupled Parts\' Clearance of New Electric Control Pressure Amplifier Applied in Augment High Pressure Common-Rail System

Abstract:The principle of Augment High-pressure Common-Rail System (ACRS) was illuminated. The simulation model of this system was established. The variable injecting rate was realized by simulation and the influence on leakage, shear stress and pressurization pressure caused by the clearance of plunger coupled parts of New Electric Control Pressure Amplifier (NECPA) was analyzed by using hydrodynamics theory. The reasonable span of clearance should between 1 μm and 4 μm. The plunger coupled parts was designed based on the technology of transfiguration-compensate, and achieved good compensation results.
