| 摘要:针对某船用高速主机转速异常波动的多类型现象带来的查找排除困难的问题,对该船机旁控制系统和主机遥控系统的调速控制原理进行了分析,并提出了转速波动现象排查的方法和步骤。实际检测表明,该机的故障系机旁控制系统位移传感器故障、主机遥控系统元件老化所应起。 |

| Abstract:A high-speed marine main engine met with speed abnormal fluctuation and the causes have various possibilities and are difficulty to exclude the irrelevant ones. Analysis on the speed control principles of engine-beside control system and main engine remote-control system were carried out and the method and procedures to exclude the irrelevant causes were put forward. Actual detection results show that the failures are caused by the faults of engine-beside control system’s displacement sensor and the aging of main engine remote-control system. |
