摘要:针对高温高压、狭小空间里温度直接测量受到热电偶材料、成本和布置方式等一系列因素限制的问题,提出了一种基于傅立叶导热理论的一维温度场分布规律,构建了某型斯特林发动机燃烧室内局部高温区域的一维温度场。试验验证表明,预测值与实测值的最大误差为1.5%,有效解决了斯特林发动机燃烧室内高温测量问题。该测温方法也可应用到其它高温、复杂环境下的一维平板内部温度测量。 |

Abstract:A one-dimensional temperature field measurement is proposed for the build of local high temperature distribution of the combustion chamber in a Stirling engine, in order to solve the problem that in such a high-temperature, high-pressure and narrow space, direct temperature measurement may meet the limitations of thermocouple material, cost and layout. The results show that the largest error is 1.5% between the theoretical prediction and the experimental test result, which means the above mentioned problems are solved. This method could also be used in other high-temperature and complex environment for one-dimensional internal temperature measurement. |
