摘要:建立了某四缸发动机的三维水套模型,应用计算流体动力学软件计算分析了该发动机冷却水套流场,并和实测结果进行了比较,找出了水套存在的设计缺陷,据此进行了改进设计,并得到了试验验证.

Flow Field Analysis and Structure Optimization of a Four-cylinder Diesel Engine Cooling Water Jacket

Abstract:A three—dimensional model of a four-cylinder diesel engine cooling water jacket was developed，and the cooling water flow in it was simulated by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)software．The simulation results were compared with the experimental results．The design defects of cooling water jacket were found out and improved，and the new design was validated by tests．
