复合函数在喷油泵凸轮型线设计中的应用

摘要:阐述了一种旨在提高喷油泵可靠性、降低凸轮与滚轮之间冲击的凸轮型线设计方法,过渡函数采用余弦规律变化的复合函数代替三次方函数,改善了喷油泵的供油速度及加速度,提高了凸轮轴表面的加工质量,进而提高了喷油泵的可靠性,并且成功运用在PMD喷油泵的设计中.

Application of Compound Function in the Designing of Fuel Injection Pump's Cam Profile

Abstract:The designing method of cam profile aiming at improving the reliability of injection pump,and decreasing the shock between cam and roller is expounded.Transition function uses cosine compound function to replace cubic function,thus can enhance the fuel supply rate and acceleration of injection pump,and improve the reliability of injection pump.This method has Mready been used in the design of PMD injection pump.
