船用大功率动态制动装置研制

摘要:从结构设计分析、摩擦材料控制及试验、新型制动缸技术、性能试验等方面介绍了船用大功率动态制动装置技术及研制;实际应用表明,研制的船用大功率动态制动装置攻克了大能量、高热负荷、高线速度、大比压动态制动的技术难点,具有较广阔的应用前景。

Development of Marine High Power Dynamic Braking Device

Abstract:From the aspects of structure design analysis, fractional material control and experiments, new braking cylinder technology and performance tests, marine high power dynamic braking device and its development are introduced. Application results show that the developed braking device could solve the technical difficulties of big power, high thermal load, high linear velocity, as well as big ratio dynamic braking. It has broad prospect in application.
