典型干线集装箱船油耗与排放仿真分析

摘要:针对航运业节能减排的需求,以江南造船建造的典型干线集装箱船为研究对象,建立船舶能效仿真模型,实现对集装箱船在近真实海况环境下航行的油耗与排放预测,分析不同航线(美东、美西、南美)及不同能源效率技术设备配置对船舶油耗与排放的影响,并基于设备投资成本、油价及碳税等开展经济性分析。结果表明:不同航线船舶能效水平的差异关键在于航速占比,中低速航行更省油,美西航线船舶能效营运指数最低;在所有航线上,空气润滑系统均能显著降低油耗和排放,优化量最高达10%;副机废气锅炉、空气润滑系统和轴带发电机设备配置的综合效果最佳,油耗和船舶能效营运指数均降低12.7%,且投资回报周期较短,若投资成本充裕,推荐此配置方案。研究结果可为集装箱船的能效优化设计提供技术支撑。

Simulation Analysis of Fuel Consumption and Emissions for Typical Trunk Container Ships

Abstract:In response to the demand for energy conservation and emission reduction in the shipping industry,taking the typical trunk container ships built by Jiangnan Shipyard as the research object,a ship energy efficiency simulation model was established to realize the prediction of fuel consumption and emissions of container ships sailing in near-real sea conditions.The influence of different routes (US East Coast route,US West Coast route,South America route)and different EETs (energy efficiency technologies)equipment configurations on the fuel consumption and emissions of ships was analyzed,and the economic analysis was carried out based on equipment investment cost,oil price and carbon tax,etc.The results show that:the key difference in the energy efficiency level of ships on different routes lies in the proportion of speed,medium and low-speed navigation is more fuel-efficient,and the EEOI (Energy Efficiency Operational Indicator)of ships on the US West Coast route is the lowest:on all routes,air lubrication system(ALS)can significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions,with the maximum optimization reaching up to 10%,the comprehensive effect of auxiliary engine exhaust gas boiler(AE EGB)+ALS+ power take-off(PTO)equipment configuration is the best,with both fuel consumption and EEOI reduced by 12.7%,and the investment payback period is relatively short,and if the investment cost is sufficient,the above configuration plan is recommended.The research results can provide technical support for the energy efficiency optimization design of container ships.
