柴油机强化对活塞的挑战及应对

摘要:活塞是制约柴油机强化程度提高的关键部件,针对目前活塞设计方面的难点和特征,从活塞的材料性能、结构设计、冷却技术和工艺发展等方面进行分析与研究。在此基础上,结合一些故障案例,给出对应的解决措施。指出当柴油机进一步强化,最高燃烧压力大于25 MPa、升功率大于60 kW/L时,应考虑采用整体锻钢结构。相关研究可为柴油机活塞强化设计提供参考。

Challenges and Solutions of Intensified Diesel Engine Pistons

Abstract:The piston is a key component that limits the increase in the degree of diesel engine intensification. To address the current challenges in piston design,analyses and studies are conducted from the perspectives of piston material properties,structural design,cooling technology,and process development.On this basis,combined with some failure cases,corresponding countermeasures are provided.It is pointed out that when diesel engines are further intensified,with maximum combustion pressure exceeding 25 MPa and power-to-displacement ratio greater than 60 kW/L,the use of a integrally-forged steel structure should be considered.Relevant research provides a reference for the intensified design of diesel engine pistons.
