| 摘要:进排气阀的精确开闭时序与可靠密封是保障发动机高效换气与缸内密封完整性的关键。针对大缸径、高负载工况下进排气阀与阀座配合尺寸与公差设计,综合运用ABAQUS软件进行全尺寸精确建模仿真并开展全尺寸台架试验验证。重点验证极端工况下大尺寸气阀的接触应力分布、气阀相对变形特性。该研究为优化高转速、大缸径发动机气阀系统的动态性能与耐久性,提升其密封可靠性提供了技术依据。 |

| Abstract:Precise timing of intake and exhaust valve coupled with reliable sealing is critical for ensuring efficient gas exchange and maintaining cylinder sealing integrity in engines.Focusing on dimensional fit and tolerance design between valves and seats for large-bore and high-load applications,full-scale high-fidelity modeling using ABAQUS and full-scale bench testing was carried out.The research specifically validates contact stress distribution and relative deformation characteristics of large-size valves under extreme operating conditions.The work provides a technical basis for optimizing dynamic performance and durability of valve systems in high-speed,large-bore engines,as well as enhancing sealing reliability. |
