6G32H型低排放大功率船用柴油机的设计开发

摘要:以6G32H型柴油机为样机进行G32H系列新产品开发,进一步扩大G系列船用柴油机的功率覆盖范围。在传统零部件设计的基础上,对6G32H型柴油机各零部件如活塞、连杆、曲轴等做部分优化。6G32H型柴油机完成设计、制造装配后进行试验验证,试验结果表明6G32H型柴油机各项指标均满足设计要求。6G32H型柴油机已取得中国船级社型式认可证书和排放证书。

Design and Development of 6G32H Low-Emission High-Power Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:To further expand the power range of the G series marine diesel engines,the 6G32H diesel engine was taken as a prototype for the development of new G32H series engine.Based on the design of traditional components,some optimizations were made to various parts of the 6G32H diesel engine,such as pistons,connecting rods,and crankshafts.Experimental verification of the 6G32H diesel engine was carried out after the design,manufacturing,and assembly.The test results indicate that all indicators of the 6G32H diesel engine meet the design requirements.The 6G32H diesel engine has obtained type approval certificates and emission certificates from the China Classification Society.
