基于用户画像的船用主机售后服务模式

摘要:通过对船舶主机特点、主机售后服务需求特点、行业客户特点等多维度的分析与归纳,建立船用主机用户画像模型,形成3种典型的主机售后服务模式。针对不同用户给出最佳主机售后服务模式的建议方案。基于用户画像的船用主机售后服务模式研究对船用主机用户和服务提供方均具有一定的参考价值。

After-Sales Service Mode of Marine Main Engines Based on User Portraits

Abstract:Through multi-dimensional analysis and induction of the characteristics of marine main engines,the characteristics of after-sales service demand for main engines,and the customer characteristics in this industry,a user profile model for marine main engines was established,forming three typical after-sales service models for main engines.Suggestions were given to provide the best after-sales service model for different users.The research on the after-sales service model of marine engines based on user profile provides reference for both marine engine users and service providers.
