| 摘要:聚焦高压SCR反应器前后配置的水平与竖直两种管路布局,运用CAE软件进行仿真计算,研究管路的机械应力和耦合应力,对支架的支反力及弯矩进行计算,校核管路及支架在实船应用中的强度适应性。结果表明,在耦合工况条件下,温度梯度对热应力和材料的刚度产生影响,导致管路与支架的应力水平显著上升。对比分析发现,相较于竖直布置的管路,水平布局对支架造成的应力较小。本研究为优化管路设计、增强结构强度提供了科学依据和实用指导。 |

| Abstract:Focusing on the horizontal and vertical piping layouts arranged before and after the high-pressure selective catalytic reduction(SCR)reactor,CAE simulation calculations was adopted to investigate the mechanical stress and coupled stress of the piping,and the support reaction and bending moment of the supporting masts was calculated.The strength adaptability of the piping and supporting masts was verified for practical ship applications.The result shows that under coupled operating conditions,temperature gradients impact thermal stress and material stiffness,leading to a significant increase in stress levels in both the piping and supporting masts.Comparative analysis reveals that:compared to vertically arranged piping,horizontally arranged piping exerts less stress on the supporting masts.This research provides scientific basis and practical guidance for optimizing the design of piping and enhancing structural strength. |
