| 摘要:针对甲醇缸内直喷压燃技术在中小负荷工况下不易压燃及容易失火等问题,以MAN公司的L23/30H型柴油机为目标机型构建三维仿真模型,分析压缩比和甲醇喷射时刻对缸内燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:合理提高压缩比有利于甲醇直接压燃着火; 在喷射时刻为30°时,缸温峰值和缸压峰值较大;随着甲醇喷射时刻的提前,发动机缸压峰值和缸温峰值升高;甲醇在30°喷射时,缸压峰值和缸温峰值较大,燃烧效率和指示热效率较高,NOx、HC和CO排放较低。 |

| Simulation on Combustion and Emission Characteristics of a Marine Compression-Ignition Methanol Medium-Speed Engine |

| Abstract:To deal with the difficulty in compression ignition and easy misfiring under medium and small load conditions,a three-dimensional simulation model was constructed with the MAN L23/30H diesel engine as the target model to analyze the effects of compression ratio and methanol injection timing on the in-cylinder combustion characteristics.The research shows that:reasonably increasing the compression ratio is beneficial to the direct compression ignition of methanol;when the injection timing is 30°,the peak cylinder temperature and peak cylinder pressure are relatively large;as the methanol injection timing advances,the peak cylinder pressure and peak cylinder temperature of the engine increase;when methanol is injected at 30°,the peak cylinder pressure and peak cylinder temperature are relatively high,the combustion efficiency and indicated thermal efficiency are relatively high,and the overall emissions of NOx,HC and CO are relatively low. |
