摘要:基于逐循环实时计算方法对多缸发动机缸内压力和转角信号采集处理方法及燃烧算法进行研究分析,采用FPGA+ARM总体架构设计开发CPM-C20缸压监测系统,实现对发动机每缸每循环缸压内压力的采集、处理、燃烧计算等,并进行模拟平台和实机平台的试验验证。结果表明,缸压监测系统在2 500 r/min以下转速范围内,具备对最高20缸发动机进行每缸每循环燃烧特征参数进行计算和处理的能力,并具有较高的准确性和实时性,为燃烧闭环控制系统实现对发动机燃烧的柔性控制目标提供了数据基础。 |

Abstract:Based on the real-time calculation method of cycle by cycle,the cylinder pressure and angle signal acquisition of multi-cylinder engine and combustion algorithm are studied and analyzed.The CPM-C20 cylinder pressure monitoring system was designed and developed by FPGA+ARM architecture,which realized functions such as acquisition,processing,combustion calculation of the pressure in each cylinder and each cycle of the engine.The test verification of the simulation platform and the real engine platform was carried out.The results show that the cylinder pressure monitoring system has the calculation and processing capability of combustion characteristic parameters per cylinder per cycle for up to 20-cylinder diesel engines within the full rotational speed under 2 500 r/min,and has high accuracy and real-time performance.This system provides a data foundation for achieving flexible control of engine combustion in the combustion closed-loop control system. |
