摘要:以碳酸酐酶(carbonic anhydrase, CA)为代表的生物法CO2捕集技术逐渐成为碳捕获与储存(carbon capture and storage,CCS)技术的研究热点。构建CA和铁蛋白(Ferritin)标签嵌合体,其制备成本约为商品酶的1.89%,显著降低了催化剂的制备成本;且其在40~60 ℃热稳定性较好,可在碱性缓冲液中稳定存在,故可耐受船舶烟气温度和海水碱性环境。为提高嵌合体稳定性并实现其重复利用,通过溶胶-凝胶法将SazF包埋在SiO2颗粒中,再制备成含CA活性的涂层,该涂层在60 ℃孵育30 d后,剩余活性仍高于70%,故该涂层可以在较长的时间内持续、高效地捕获CO2。这种制备方法简单、生产成本低、在高温环境下可持续高效吸收CO2的生物材料,适用于多数CO2捕获设备,在工业碳捕获领域有广阔的应用前景。 |

Abstract:Biological CO2 capture technology represented by carbonic anhydrase(CA)has gradually become a research hotspot of carbon capture and storage(CCS)technology.A CA and Ferritin labeled chimera was constructed.Its preparation cost is about 1.89% of that of the commercial enzyme,which significantly reduces the preparation cost of the catalyst.It is thermally stable at 40-60 ℃,and it can be stabilized in an alkaline buffer so that it can withstand the temperature of the ship''s exhaust and the alkaline environment of seawater.To improve the stability of the chimera and realize its reuse,SazF was embedded in SiO2 particles by the sol-gel method and then prepared into a coating containing CA activity,which had a residual activity higher than 70% after incubation at 60 ℃ for 30 days,so the coating could capture CO2 continuously and efficiently for a longer period.This biomaterial boasts simple preparation method,low production cost,and can realize high-efficiency CO2 absorption under high temperature,and can be applied to most CO2 capture equipment,which has a broad application prospect in the field of industrial carbon capture. |
