摘要:针对高压油管失效,从强度设计和仿真校核、材料选择、锁紧螺母拧紧力矩、头部形状等方面进行系统分析,提升高压油管可靠性,避免故障失效的发生。建立的精确有限元模型及其计算分析方法可成为今后设计开发的基础。 |

Abstract:In response to the failure of high-pressure oil pipes,a systematic analysis was conducted from the aspects of strength design and simulation verification,material selection,tightening torque for locking nuts,and head shape to improve the reliability of high-pressure oil pipes and avoid failure.The established precise finite element model and the computational analysis method provides the foundation for future design and development. |
