摘要:基于RTX7-52DF发动机曲轴系进行集中质量简化模型分析,采用三维计算软件计算集中惯量之间的扭转刚度,在此基础上搭建包括试车台、中间轴以及电力测功器的RTX7-52DF发动机试车台轴系扭转振动模型,计算轴系前3阶固有频率及振型。采用连续升降转速以及稳态测量方法对轴系模型的准确性进行标定后反推不同载荷下的扭振应力,评估RTX7-52DF发动机试车台轴系的安全性。 |

Abstract:Based on the simplified model analysis of concentrated mass of RTX7-52DF engine crankshaft system,the torsional stiffness between lumped inertia was calculated using three-dimensional calculation software. On this basis,a torsional vibration model of RTX7-52DF engine testbed shafting including test bench,intermediate shaft and electric dynamometer was built to calculate the first three natural frequencies and vibration modes of the shafting.After calibrating the accuracy of the shafting model using continuous speed adjustment and steady-state measurement methods,the torsional stress under different loads was calculated to evaluate the safety of the RTX7-52DF engine testbed shafting. |
