船用共轨系统异常泄漏隔离检测功能

摘要:基于一型具有异常泄漏隔离检测功能的船用柴油机共轨系统,利用AMESim仿真平台,搭建系统异常泄漏油路仿真模型,通过仿真分析优化油路结构和流通能力,满足泄漏油路压力安全性的要求。结合共轨系统空间结构布置,对系统异常泄漏检测点进行分析,给出泄漏检测点、泄漏源以及可更换单元的推理关系图,并在此基础上梳理形成系统异常泄漏隔离检测流程,为同类产品提供借鉴。

Isolation Detection Function of Abnormal Leakage in Marine Common Rail System

Abstract:Based on the common rail system of a marine diesel engine with the function of abnormal leakage isolation and detection,the AMESim simulation platform was used to build a simulation model of the abnormal leakage oil path of the system.Through simulation analysis,the structure and flow capacity of the oil path were optimized to meet the requirements of the pressure safety of the leakage oil path.Combined with the spatial structure layout of the common rail system,the abnormal leakage detection points of the system were analyzed.The inference relationship diagram of leakage detection points,leakage sources and replaceable units was given,and on this basis,the system abnormal leakage isolation detection process was formed to provide reference for similar products.
